Analysis on the Application of Pipeline Robot CCTV Detection Technology in Underground Drainage Pipe Network

Ⅰ. Pipeline robots are increasingly used in the drainage pipe maintenance

With the continuous progress of construction technology and material technology, the underground drainage network has been developed by leaps and bounds in recent years. Underground drainage pipe network, pipe materials, interface types and pipe foundations are gradually diversified, and the geological conditions of the locations of the pipes are different.

Ⅱ. The application of CCTV inspection technology in municipal drainage pipe network projects

Ⅲ. Main methods of pipeline robot detection

2. Then use pipeline robot to perform video inspection on the pipe from upstream to downstream once, including the detection of connecting pipes of rainwater outlets, and the detection results are stored in two ways: video and picture capture. In addition to reflecting the actual conditions in the pipe being inspected, the on-site pictures can also display the location information and inspection time of the pipe through input.


3. Finally, combine the pipe geographic information data and the CCTV inspection results to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the pipe situation, and propose solutions for the different situations that appear.


Through the key inspections of the drainage pipe network in different locations, the technicians not only have an in-depth understanding of the use of the equipment, but also make reasonable use of the CCTV inspection equipment in some other key inspection projects. For example, in the process of detecting drainage pipes on some cracked roads, the use of CCTV inspection equipment can quickly determine whether there is leakage in the pipe under the road.
