ZY-86 UV-curing liner

The ZY-86 UV-curing liner consists of an inner film, resin-impregnated glass fiber fabric, anti-seepage outer film, and UV-resistant outer film. It is suitable for repairing pipelines of various shapes, including circular, elliptical, egg-shaped, and rectangular. Customization is available for pipeline diameters ranging from DN150-2200mm and varying thicknesses based on project requirements.


The ZY-86 UV-curing liner has passed the 10,000-hour long-term mechanical performance testing by TÜV Rheinland (Germany), with a reduction factor of 1.24, ensuring durability and structural stability under operational conditions.
