    Product Overview

    The X5-HR4 all-terrain pipeline robot comprises three main components: a spiral propulsion crawler, a cable reel, and a control terminal. It is designed to operate in environments with a minimum diameter of DN600mm, including those with heavy siltation and high water levels where conventional CCTV inspection robots cannot function. The system is equipped with a 360° high-definition camera that provides a comprehensive view of the pipeline interior. It is suitable for inspecting municipal drainage pipelines, box culverts, covered channels, rivers, and similar structures.


    The X5-HR4 Features a patented floating drum design, enabling operation in complex environments such as high water levels, thick silt, and muddy water. The robot can achieve speeds of up to 0.5 m/s in still water and can perform inspections against a current with a flow velocity of 0.2 m/s.The system can not only capture video images from within high-water-level pipelines but also, by integrating various sensors like sonar probes and LiDAR, provide visualizations and comprehensive analysis of pipeline defects, subaqueous conditions, deformations, and alignment.It’s capable of a single inspection distance of up to 2,050 meters, enabling extensive over-water inspection operations.
