Product Overview
The G70-U2 Umbrella-Type Water Supply Pipeline Internal Inspection Robot is a non-destructive testing and evaluation system developed based on acoustic and video imaging technologies. Utilizing a specialized launching device, the detection unit can be deployed into the pressurized water supply pipeline without shutting off the water flow. Propelled by the water current, it travels through the pipeline.
It employs highly sensitive hydrophones, high-definition camera units, and IMU attitude sensors to perform non-destructive testing, effectively identifying anomalies within water supply pipelines such as minor leaks, cracks, internal nodules (tubercles), air pockets, impurities, sediment buildup, and redundant connections. The detection unit is connected to a cable reel via a trailing cable and communicates with the main control unit through wireless signals. Operators use the main control unit to operate the equipment and receive processed audio, video, and other data to assess internal pipeline conditions, such as leaks.
When anomalies are detected, their locations can be pinpointed accurately using an above-ground beacon detection system. The device features a one-touch umbrella release function for easy retrieval. Upon completion of the inspection, a detailed inspection and evaluation report can be generated with a single click, providing crucial evidence for subsequent maintenance and repair planning.
