    The X5-HT4 pipeline CCTV inspection robot is a high-definition inspection system that uses a tablet as the primary control unit. The main controller connects wirelessly to other system components to display and store high-definition inspection video in real time. The X5-HT4 pipeline CCTV inspection robot comprises four main parts: the crawler, the camera, the cable reel, and the main control unit. 


    The crawler, which carries the camera, connects to the cable reel and responds to system operation commands. These commands include: moving the crawler forward/backward, turning, stopping, and speed adjustment; raising/lowering the camera mount and adjusting its lights; panning/tilting the rotary camera, focusing, and zooming; and switching between front and rear views. 


    During inspection, the system can display and record the video footage transmitted by the camera, along with the crawler's status information, in real time. It allows for quick capture of defect images. Furthermore, the pipeline robot can be equipped with optional accessories such as a pipeline lateral scanner or a panoramic camera, complemented by dedicated analysis software, to acquire and output a comprehensive panoramic 3D model of the pipeline.

      1. Configuration: Uses a tablet with built-in acquisition and analysis software; parameters like CPU, RAM, storage, screen size are configurable.

      2. Control Functions: Controls crawler movement, lift arm up/down, lens rotation, cable reel winding, light adjustment, etc.

      3. Video Display: Can simultaneously display front and rear video feeds with adjustable resolution.

      4. Status Display: Real-time display of time, date, travel distance, crawler attitude, etc.; font, size, and background color are configurable.

      5. Text Input: Supports input of Chinese/English characters for overlay on the video.

      6. Assistance Functions: Automatically identifies crawler model, calculates suitable pipe diameter, displays real-time lens height from pipe invert.

      7. Clock Reference: Clock positioning for current defect location with display.

      8. Alarm Functions: Roll angle over-limit alarm; high/low air pressure alarms.

      9. Interactive Button: One-click startup of analysis software for defect interpretation and report analysis.
