    Product Overview

    The X5-HW1000 pipeline CCTV inspection robot is designed for large-diameter, long-distance drainage pipelines, with an applicable pipe diameter range of 500mm-3000mm and an inspection distance of up to 1050m. Its most notable feature is its long single-inspection distance, solving the problem of traditional pipeline inspection robots being unable to inspect long-distance pipelines.


    The X5-HW1000 pipeline CCTV inspection robot system consists of four main parts: the crawler, the camera, the cable reel, and the main control unit. The crawler, which carries the camera, connects to the cable reel. After the cable reel is connected to the main control unit, the crawler responds to its operation commands, such as: crawler forward/reverse, steering, stop, and speed adjustment; camera mast lifting/lowering and light adjustment; camera pan/tilt, focus, zoom; and front/rear view switching.


    During inspection, the main control unit can display and record the video feed from the camera and the status information of the crawler in real-time, and allows inputting remarks via the touchscreen or keyboard. Using the X5-HW1000 pipeline CCTV inspection robot allows for the on-site generation of inspection reports that comply with industry standards.

      1. Configuration: Uses a tablet with built-in acquisition and analysis software; parameters like CPU, RAM, storage capacity, and screen size can be customized. 

      2. Control Functions: Controls crawler movement, lifting mechanism up/down, camera rotation, cable reel winding, light source adjustment, etc. 

      3. Video Display: Can display front and rear video simultaneously with adjustable resolution. 

      4. Status Display: Real-time display of time, date, distance traveled, crawler attitude, etc.; font type, size, and background color can be set. 

      5. Text Entry: Supports input of Chinese/English characters for overlay on the video image. 

      6. Auxiliary Functions: Automatic crawler model recognition, adaptive pipe diameter calculation, real-time display of camera height from pipe invert. 

      7. Clock Reference: Enables clock positioning for defect location and displays it. 

      8. Alarm Functions: Rollover angle limit alarm to prevent tipping; high/low air pressure alarm. 

      9. Interactive Button: One-click startup of analysis software for defect review and report analysis.

    • PipeScan Pipeline Inspection Software (Android Version)

      1. Real-time control of crawler movement (forward/back, left/right turn), speed, lifting arm height, light brightness; controls PTZ camera pan/tilt, focus, zoom; controls automatic winding of the electric cable reel, etc. 

      2. Real-time acquisition and display of front and rear camera images; real-time recording of front camera video; real-time display of crawler status information including pitch, roll, air pressure, etc. 

      3. Supports entry of project information (inspection standard, project address, start/stop manhole numbers, pipe attributes, etc.). Supports manual or AI-assisted defect identification during inspection, allows review and modification of identification results.

When the crawler is equipped with the Pipe Profiler, it can automatically recognize it, perform real-time scanning of the pipeline's internal overall profile data, display real-time single-frame pipeline profile diagrams, calculate single-frame data such as deformation rate, sedimentation volume, cross-sectional flow loss rate, etc., allows annotation and measurement on the profile diagram, and can display the overall changes in the pipeline's internal profile in real-time using a color map with color temperature variations. 

      5. When the crawler is equipped with the Panoramic Lens, it scans and draws the internal panorama of the pipeline in real-time. 

      6. When connected to the live supervision platform, records the project inspection track during device use and allows review of the inspection process.

      1. Play/preview inspection video files, add inspection information, capture defect images, perform defect identification and description, annotate/measure defect images. 

      2. Standard Support: Simultaneously supports multiple inspection and assessment standards including Industry Standard CJJ181-2012, Beijing Drainage Enterprise Standard, Shanghai Local Standard, Guangdong Provincial Standard, Shenzhen Local Standard, Shandong Provincial Standard, etc. 

      3. Can import CTV files containing AI identification results from intelligent inspection devices and provides manual review functionality. 

      4. Automatically generates detailed inspection reports with defect images and text.     • PipeProf Pipeline Analysis Software (Optional, used with Pipe Profiler)

      1. Can open profile data files and corresponding video files; continuous pipeline cross-sectional profile diagrams can be played and displayed alongside video images and support annotation and measurement. 

      2. Can generate color maps based on continuous pipeline cross-sectional profiles, using color temperature differences to reflect the overall concave-convex changes of the pipeline's inner surface; supports comparative display and annotation measurement between panorama and color map. 

      3. Can construct a 3D model of the pipeline based on continuous cross-sectional profiles, and apply texture mapping using the color map and panorama to form a realistic 3D model of the pipeline; supports 3D fly-through preview and spatial measurement analysis, and can export to OBJ format model files. 

      4. Supports intelligent defect identification and annotation measurement (line, circle, rectangle, polygon, etc.). Measurement annotations can be mapped between the color map and the panorama and synchronized for comparative analysis in either the panorama or the 3D model. When selecting an image at a specific location in any view, other views automatically switch to the selected location. 

      5. Can calculate deformation rate, sedimentation volume, cross-sectional flow loss rate, etc., for a specific pipeline cross-section or the entire pipeline. Can generate charts for pipeline sedimentation profile, pipe invert slope, pipeline deformation rate, pipeline cross-sectional flow loss, etc. Can export inspection assessment reports compliant with CJJ181 technical specifications. Report content should also include video screenshots, cross-sectional profile diagrams, color maps, panorama images, and 3D model screenshots.
