    The system operates under the control of the PipeWell software to collect data within the shaft. The acquired information is then processed by the PipeProf software, which can generate professional data reports. The equipment is characterized by its stability, high efficiency, portability, and long battery life. 


    It enables high-precision measurement of the inspection shaft's internal diameter, depth, surface area, and branch pipe sizes. The system provides visualized structural models, delivering effective data support for the maintenance and repair of inspection shafts.

    • Main Control

      1. Configuration: 6GB or more RAM, 128GB or more internal storage, 10.4-inch capacitive touch screen.

      2. Control Functions: Controls push rod ascent/descent, probe rotation, light source adjustment, etc.

      3. Data Display: Can simultaneously display panoramic video, stitched image, and radar (profiler) data.

      4. Status Display: Real-time display of time, date, descent distance, descent speed, battery level, device pressure, probe temperature, probe attitude, etc.; font, size, and background color for info display are configurable.

      5. Text Input: Supports input of characters (e.g., Chinese, English) for overlay on the video feed.

      6. Alarm Functions: Ascent/descent over-limit alarm to prevent device impact; high/low air pressure alarms.

      7. Pressure Indicator: Green light for normal pressure (1.1 bar ≤ P ≤ 1.4 bar); Red light for excessive or insufficient pressure (P > 1.4 bar or P < 1.1 bar).

    • PipeWell Shaft Panoramic Quantitative Inspection Software

      1. Real-time control of the X8-A inspection device: ascent, descent, light adjustment, probe rotation.

      2. Real-time acquisition and display of the probe camera image; real-time video recording.

      3. Real-time display of device status: descent distance, probe temperature, battery level, distance to well bottom, probe pitch, roll, azimuth, pressure, etc.

      4. On-site entry of project information: inspection standard, project address, well attributes, etc.

      5. Real-time scanning of the well's internal profile via the laser profiler, displayed as single-frame profiles and an overall heatmap (chromatogram).

      6. Automatic generation of internal panoramic images of the manhole.

    • PipeProf Analysis Software

      1. Import profile data (LID files) and corresponding video files; display well profile data as single-frame data and heatmap.

      2. Analyze the well heatmap; intuitively view overall profile changes via color temperature variations; supports various measurements and annotations (lines, circles, rectangles, polygons) on the heatmap.

      3. 3D visualization of well profile data: point cloud, mesh, model, etc.; supports measurement within the 3D model; multiple 3D navigation modes.

      4. Linked view between 2D heatmap and 3D model.

      5. Calculate local area and volume within the well.

      6. For mortar repair applications: automatically calculates mortar usage after inputting repair thickness.

      7. Batch import multiple well inspection data; automatic statistics for well count, repair area, total mortar usage.

      8. Export analysis reports for wells.

      9. Export 3D models in OBJ format.

      10. Import panoramic data (PRD files) and synchronize with well profile data and video; unwraps and tiles the panoramic image.

      11. Precise measurement, defect identification, and annotation on the panoramic data.

      12. Synchronize panoramic data with the 3D model; apply panoramic image as texture to create a realistic 3D model of the well.
