From May 4 to 7, 2026, the world's leading environmental technology trade fair, the IFAT Munich 2026, was successfully held at the Munich Exhibition Center in Germany. EASY-SIGHT proudly showcased its complete range of sewer pipeline inspection and trenchless rehabilitation solutions, demonstrating the innovation and technical strength of Chinese intelligent manufacturing to a global audience.
This year's exhibition coincided with the 60th anniversary of IFAT Munich, bringing together more than 3,200 exhibitors from over 60 countries and regions. Industry leaders gathered to discuss key topics including the circular economy, digitalization, and resource recovery. EASY-SIGHT's comprehensive product portfolio perfectly aligns with these industry trends by enabling refined municipal pipeline asset management through millimeter-level precision inspection technologies and extending pipeline service life with advanced trenchless rehabilitation solutions, thereby supporting the implementation of sustainable urban water-cycle economies.
During the exhibition,EASY-SIGHT highlighted several flagship products, including the QS-360 3D Panoramic Manhole Inspection System, QS-D Millimeter-Level Pipe Diameter Measuring Instrument, X5-HT5 Pipeline Measurement Robot, X5-HM Series Small-Diameter Pipeline Inspection Robot, as well as UV-Curing Rehabilitation Materials and Equipment. These innovations attracted significant attention from professional visitors from Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and other regions.

At the exhibition, EASY-SIGHT introduced its proprietary millimeter-level quantitative inspection technology. This innovative solution can accurately measure defects such as cracks, sedimentation, and deformation in pipelines and manholes with millimeter precision while generating real-time 3D models. By transforming traditional experience-based qualitative assessments into precise and traceable quantitative analysis, the technology received widespread recognition from industry professionals.
The QS-360 is a portable inspection device designed for fast and accurate manhole inspection. The system consists of a 360° panoramic camera, control rod, and intelligent control system.
During operation, the panoramic camera captures comprehensive data inside the manhole and generates panoramic unfolded images and high-precision 3D models. The system can accurately measure key parameters including manhole diameter, depth, defects, and lateral connection dimensions. It provides highly visualized structural models and reliable data support for manhole maintenance and rehabilitation projects.
The QS-D is an intelligent inspection device designed for rapid and highly accurate measurement of critical pipeline parameters. With a measurement accuracy of ±2 mm and an error rate of less than 0.2%, it provides precise data support for rehabilitation design and engineering assessment.
Equipped with a high-precision laser probe, the device enters the pipeline and performs a 360° circumferential scanning measurement, rapidly collecting high-density cross-sectional data of the pipe interior. It accurately generates key parameters including internal diameter, circumference, and sedimentation rate. The system is suitable for municipal sewer networks, industrial pipelines, oil and gas transmission pipelines, and various other infrastructure applications.
The X5-HT5 represents a new generation of millimeter-level measurement robots and serves as an essential inspection technology for ensuring high-quality trenchless rehabilitation projects.
Designed for pipelines ranging from DN200 to DN3000, the robot performs comprehensive inspections without requiring manual entry. It provides intuitive visualization and high-precision quantitative analysis of pipeline conditions, including:
Pipe diameter measurement
Deformation measurement
Sediment measurement
Corrosion assessment
Crack width measurement
Joint separation width measurement
Area measurement
Length measurement
Full rehabilitation thickness measurement
Spot repair thickness measurement
Long-term comparative data analysis
3D reconstruction
The X5-HT5 delivers precise data support for maintenance and rehabilitation operations and serves as an important tool for pipeline inspection, condition surveys, rehabilitation design calculations, and new pipeline acceptance testing.
Through continuous participation in international exhibitions, EASY-SIGHT remains committed to bringing China's advanced pipeline inspection and trenchless rehabilitation technologies to the forefront of the global market.
During IFAT Munich 2026, the company reached preliminary cooperation agreements with several enterprises from Europe and the Middle East. The technical capabilities and product performance of EASY-SIGHT received strong recognition from international professional buyers and industry experts.
Rooted in China and serving the world, EASY-SIGHT will continue driving technological innovation and product advancement to provide reliable Chinese solutions for the green transformation of global urban infrastructure.

Does UV Light Curing Pipe Rehabilitation Reduce Pipe Flow Diameter?
UV-CIPP ultraviolet light curing repair will result in a slight reduction in pipe diameter, but this will not affect normal drainage and water flow: under normal operating conditions, the inner diameter reduction will not exceed 20mm, which complies with national standards; the lower water flow resistance of the inner lining wall can offset the flow loss caused by the reduction in cross-sectional area, and the water flow performance of the repaired pipe is actually better than that of the damaged original pipe. Combined with prior CCTV pipe inspection, differentiated inner lining wall thickness design, and standardized construction, abnormal diameter reduction issues can be avoided.

Key Safety Inspection Techniques for Pipeline Inspection Robots in Complex Box Culvert Environments
Urban box culverts are critical components of municipal underground infrastructure, serving essential functions such as stormwater drainage, utility management, and underground space maintenance. Compared with conventional municipal pipelines, box culverts feature larger internal spaces and more complex operating environments. Due to poor ventilation and confined conditions, manual inspections often involve significant safety risks.
