    CCTV Pipeline Robot HD Camera, Easy to Operate

    Dec.08,2025

    With repeated breakthroughs in digital HD, AI recognition, automatic control, wireless transmission, and other technologies, pipeline robots have undergone numerous technological upgrades. CCTV pipeline robots are extensively used for detecting urban pipeline drainage, leakage, sedimentation, damage, corrosion, and other issues by observing the inner wall, outer wall, and material characteristics, recording videos, capturing defects, recording defects, and creating pipeline inspection reports.

    CCTV Pipeline Robot Principle Overview

    Pipeline CCTV endoscopic inspection system is an extremely practical, easy-to-operate, and fully functional pipeline inspection equipment. By operating the main controller, you can control the pipeline robot to walk inside the pipeline and transmit the collected internal video and images of the pipeline to the main controller for real-time monitoring through a cable.

    CCTV Pipeline Robot System Advantages

    Adopts IP68 industrial-grade design, consisting of four parts: main controller, cable reel, pipeline robot, and lens.

    Highly Integrated

    The main controller is an industrial all-in-one controller, integrating control for more convenient use;

    Automatic Wire Arrangement

    The cable reel is fully automatic, can be equipped with pulleys according to different working conditions, speed adjustable, and wires arranged automatically;

    Powerful

    pipeline robot is equipped with an imported motor, providing strong power, strong climbing, and obstacle crossing ability;

    HD Imaging

    The lens integrates LED light source, capable of360-degree stepless radial rotation, details inside the pipeline are fully visible; equipped with HD touch screen, clear visibility under strong light.

    CCTV Pipeline Robot Instrument Connection

    Aim the rear of the lens, insert it, let the buckle fall, tighten the screws, and install it on the pipeline robot;

    Pre-insert the wire protector, insert the widest protrusion of the cable facing up into the rear, tighten the outer ring, and connect the pipeline robot and the cable reel;

    Connect the cable reel to the main control, red dot to red dot, align the slot and tighten.

    CCTV Pipeline Robot Field Inspection

    Preparation for Going down the Well

    Lower the lifting frame of the pipeline robot to the lowest, rotate the crawling lens to face upwards perpendicular to the ground, and choose the length of the cable to be pulled out according to the depth of the inspection well for use.

    In-Well Inspection

    Head of the pipeline robot faces downwards, tail faces upwards, slowly place it into the center of the well opening;

    When it's about 0.5m away from the well bottom, adjust the tail cable of the pipeline robot to keep the pipeline robot level with the hole opening;

    Adjust the direction of the pipeline robot through the cable, align the lens to the pipeline opening to be inspected, and place the pipeline robot at the bottom of the well.

    Inspection Operation

    Place the pipeline robot with the camera lens at the starting point of the inspection. Before starting the inspection, press the shortcut key F2  to reset the counter to zero;

    Click to record pipeline information, press the clutch and forward buttons to start the inspection.

    Pipeline Robot Exiting the Well

    After the test, retrieve the cable, press the clutch and reverse buttons, reduce the speed, and move the pipeline robot back to the well opening;

    Lower the lifting frame to the lowest level, use the well-lowering hook to hook the pipeline robot's ear for lowering the well, tighten the rope, swing left and right a few times to ensure the hook is firmly hooked into the ear;

    Use the well-lowering hook to tighten the pipeline robot ear, slowly lift the pipeline robot horizontally, grab the well-lowering hook, lift the pipeline robot, and place it smoothly on the ground.
